NYAA was not able to control all its domain names (nyaa.eu, nyaa.se, nyaa.org). The cause of the shutdown remains unidentified. But there is no need lamenting over the deactivation of NYAA as there are good alternatives to NYAA, clones of NYAA, and anime add-ons for Kodi.
